Terms of Service

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Chuqlab account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Chuqlab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrimeMiner as per your active subscription plan.

Restrictions

You may not:

• ✗Exceed licensed seats or processing hours without payment
• ✗Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• ✗Sublicense, rent, lease, or resell Chuqlab services
• ✗Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute Chuqlab code
• ✗Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to Chuqlab. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your evidence files or case materials.

Security Measures

• •All data encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption
• •Data in transit protected with TLS 1.2+ encryption
• •Hosting within AWS U.S. commercial regions only
• •Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access controls
• •Regular security audits and compliance reviews

  Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
• •
  Payment Methods: We accept purchase orders, wire transfers, and major credit cards
• •
  Overages: Hours exceeding your plan limit are automatically billed at the applicable overage rate
• •
  Late Payments: Accounts with payments overdue by 30 days may be suspended
• •
  Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused hours

This agreement may be terminated:

• •By you: Cancel your subscription at any time (effective at end of current billing period)
• •By Chuqlab: For material breach of these Terms or violation of Acceptable Use Policy
• •For non-payment: If payment is not received within 30 days of due date

Upon termination, your access to Chuqlab services will end and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

Service Warranty

Chuqlab warrants that CrimeMiner will perform substantially as described in our documentation. If we fail to meet this warranty, your exclusive remedy is service credit or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Chuqlab's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated above. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our services for your purposes.
